Annual Fund

The Philadelphia School Annual Fund is the most important source of unrestricted funds available to the school’s operation and is vital in balancing our budget each year. Each year, parents, alumni, grandparents, faculty and staff, and friends of the school support the Annual Fund with important unrestricted gifts.The fund helps to maintain the daily operations of The Philadelphia School by sustaining faculty salaries, supporting academic and extracurricular activities, and contributing to financial aid. The Annual Fund also helps cover some of the costs of maintaining facilities and keeping current with advances in technology.

Leadership Gift Levels

1972 Circle: $10,000 and higher

Country Classroom: $5,000 – $9,999

2501 Circle: $2,500 – $4,999

Family Group: $1,000 – $2,499

*Young Leadership Circle: $250 and above

*Leadership giving category for young alumni who graduated 15 years or less

There are several ways to make a tax-deductible gift to TPS.

• VISA or Mastercard. To make a gift with your credit card, click here to access our secure online donor form. Or call 215-545-5323, ext. 271, or stop by the Advancement Office (located on the Lower Level next to the Finance Office).

• Matching Gifts. Many corporations offer matching gift programs for employees, board directors, and their families. Please contact your human resource office for matching gift guidelines and a matching gift form; send the completed form and your gift to the Advancement Office. If you are not sure whether your company participates in this plan, the Advancement Office can find out and help you obtain the proper forms. Donors are recognized for taking this extra but important step on behalf of TPS.
