Save the date for EATS 2012

EATS is the annual fundraising evening for The Philadelphia School that showcases donations from friends and area businesses who believe in our mission as a progressive school and vibrant learning community. On Friday April 27, 2012 we will gather to see the gym transformed by the decorations committee, dance to music provided by TPS parent Darrell Martin and UPHONIC Entertainment, eat delicious fare from the best restaurants in town, and bid on one-of-a-kind live and silent auction items donated and gathered by members of our community.

EATS would like to thank its sponsors for their generosity and support of this important school event:

Auction Donation Guidelines

The Philadelphia School is seeking donations for its annual EATS auction. All revenue supports the TPS financial aid budget. We have analyzed our fundraising from previous years and found that the following examples tend to bring in the most money for TPS. We are looking in particular for restaurant gift certificates and other foodie experiences, travel opportunities, sports tickets and gear, crafts and jewelry, body and spa items, photography portrait sessions and local Philadelphia experiences. We are also looking for unique, one of kind experiences or items to offer during our live auction. No used or expired items please. We have a 150-item limit, so if you have something to donate, please contact Catherine Mulgrew in the Development Office  at 215-545-5323 ext 271.
