"We're doing science," the preschoolers solemnly announce as they mix colored water and squeeze droplets from pipettes. This is how real science develops: with exploration, experimentation, and the opportunity to be creative. Who knows what might be discovered today?
Imagine what happens when preschoolers get a chance to dissect a pomegranate, cut open an eggplant, or use a magnifier to look deep inside the roots of a sunflower! We even had some very excited children who made crowns out of the vines and sunglasses out of the flowers and stems. Nature fashion!
