As a wintery cold sets in and the hours of light dwindle, The Philadelphia School is teaming up with Schuylkill Center to offer
Saturday, December 13, from 3 – 8 pm.
Come on out to the Schuylkill Center and celebrate the night sky at this star-themed family festival, with crafts, night hikes, an introduction to telescopes by the Delaware Valley Amateur Astronomers, and a special visit from astronomer Derrick Pitts of the Franklin Institute. What a perfect addition to our All-School COSMOS Theme!
There’s something for all ages, so dress warmly and come celebrate the season and the beauty of nature at the Schuylkill Center. Bring a picnic supper; snacks will be for sale at the SCEE shop.
