The Trial of Mae Tuck

The trial of Mae Tuck took place in the courtroom of the 6th grade space.  Sixth graders, complete with costumes and props, presented evidence and questioned witnesses to discover the fate of Mae Tuck, a character in Tuck Everlasting. Students were assigned to the jury, the media, defense and prosecution teams, court reporters, or sketch artists. The jury designed and used a point system in reaching their verdict for Mae.
