On Tuesday, February 17, preschool through fifth grade students will enjoy a day filled with “snow” (no, there won't be a blizzard outside, we hope!).We will learn about the science of snow, create glistening beaded snowflakes, and form translucent window “snow clings.” The highlight of the day will be the construction of homemade snow globes to take home. During our physical activity time, students will play with cloth “snow balls” in the Yard or gym. Choice games, indoor and outdoor activities, and a snow-related snack will be provided.
Please pack a lunch (including a beverage) for your child and please do not include peanut butter in your child’s lunch. This program will run from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with drop-off available in the Yard beginning at 8:00 a.m. (at no extra charge). Extended day is available from 3:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. for an additional $20. A late-afternoon snack and choice activities will be provided. To access the registration form, click here.
