Dear TPS Families,
EATS 2015 will be held on May 15, 2015, under the stars in our very own garden and garage. We are featuring TPS Faculty Musicians, Amazing Culinary Talent (visit tpschool.org/EATS as we update all of our partners), and a wonderful silent auction. We are so excited!
Please consider lending your time and hands to help pull off a terrific event that raises money to support Financial Aid and enrich the programming here at TPS. We need you! Please check out the opportunities listed below and sign up where you can. Thank you!
▪ We are currently soliciting both auction items and program book advertisements. Time is of the essence! We are asking business to return items by Friday, April 24. We need assistance procuring these items and have information packets available at the Lombard Street front desk. Please pick up some packets and drop them at businesses you frequent - hair stylists, coffee shops, restaurants, sports tickets, jewelry etc... Questions? ▪ If you have a special and unique silent auction piece, we would love to honor and feature that amongst our wonderful donations. Please email Meghan Covington at firstname.lastname@example.org.
▪ As in years past, we will have a “Which Wine Is Mine?” table. Please consider dropping off a bottle or more of wine at either the Lombard or South Street front desk by Friday, May 8.
▪ Finally we will need help with set up and break down. Please sign up to for a volunteer slot here.
