Mark Your Calendars: The Book Fair is Back 11/30-12/3

WHAT?

The Book Fair is TPSA's sole fundraiser for the year. And it’s not just books!

We will have a full selection of TPS merchandise available for sale – including some brand-new items.  We will be collecting new and gently used toddler books to support CHOP’s Head Start Program. Saturday will feature a crafts room and a scavenger hunt.

WHERE?

The Fair will take place in The Garage. 

WHEN?

  • Wednesday 11/30 8am-6pm (closed for lunch 12:30-1pm)
  • Thursday 12/1 8am-6pm (closed for lunch 12:30-1pm)
  • Friday 12/2 8am-6pm (closed for lunch 12:30-1:30pm)
  • Saturday 12/3 10am-1pm 

HOW?

With your help, of course! Volunteers are needed for shifts throughout the week, as well as for set-up on Tuesday 11/29 (beginning at 11am). Please sign up for a shift (or shifts!) using this link (if you can make this a volunteer now button it would be great!)

WHO ELSE?

All classes will visit the fair during the week.

Primary Unit through MS8 classes will have a chance to create "wish lists" during their visit. These lists will held at the fair – ask a volunteer if you want to see your child’s selections. In addition, authors will visit their classes on Friday morning during Encuentro!

Preschool and Kindergarten classes will not create "wish lists." Instead, they will enjoy time at the fair with some very special guest readers!
