Heading to PoCC in Nashville

Ten TPS teachers and administrators are headed to Nashville this week to attend the the NAIS People of Color Conference (PoCC). 

Anna Donnelly, Brian Jordan, and Lisa Sun will be presenting workshops at the conference. Anna will be presenting Creating Your School’s Dashboard in the Equity Seminar; Brian will presenting Upstream: Using Music to Build Beloved Community in Pre-K through 3rd Grade Classrooms; and Lisa will be presenting What Our Colleagues are Saying Then and Now: Recruiting, Retaining, and Empowering Faculty of Color.

Other TPS attendees include Brian Johnson, Yves Kabore, Tanya Salewski, Catalina Rios, Josh Herrin, Roxanne Parker, and Katie Neff. 

The People of Color Conference is the flagship of the National Association of Independent Schools' commitment to equity and justice in teaching, learning, and organizational development.
