Dream Flags

Next week TPS third graders will be writing poems about their dreams and putting them on fabric flags in order to share them with the world. The poems will be shared on the Dreamline app (https://dreamline.org/), and families who are available are encouraged to attend the Annual Dream Sharing Celebration at The National Constitution Center on Independence Mall on Saturday, May 5.

Children have been writing many, many powerful and enlightening poems. They will choose one to put on a flag, and then they will add illustrations.  All of the flags are the same size to teach that we all have equal value. All of the flags are attached to a line to teach that, connected to each other, we can reach in the direction of our dreams more publicly and powerfully.
