Global Citizen School Supplies Drive

Our school's Martin Luther King, Jr. Day of Service activities are affiliated with Global Citizen. We received this announcement from Global Citizen and thought some TPS families might be interested in participating.

Global Citizen, in partnership with the School District of Philadelphia, Philadelphia Media Network (Philadelphia Inquirer, Daily News & Philly.com), 900AM-WURD, the African American Museum in Philadelphia, High Point Cafe, and iHeart Media, is holding a school supplies drive from Monday, August 20 through Sunday, September 2. Donated items will benefit Philadelphia public school students.  

Suggested donations include No.2 pencils, ballpoint pens, copy paper, construction paper, colored paper, calculators, protractors, dry erasers, scotch tape, masking tape, crayons, magic markers, highlighters, rulers, children's scissors, binders, bottles of glue, glue sticks, tissues, and hand sanitizer.
