Sex, Sexuality, & Changing Bodies

Got your attention?

From "where do babies come from?" to "what’s happening to me?" – kids of all ages have questions. Our kids hear songs and see things on TV that they often do not understand. Sometimes they ask us questions and often we are not quite ready to answer. And if they are not asking us, who are they asking?

As parents, it is best to be prepared. So, let's get ready!

Please join TPSA on Tuesday, February 10, from 6-7:30pm (Garage) as we welcome a panel of “experts,” who will help us with some answers:

  • Wendy Voet, former sex-health educator and current Executive Director of Women's Way (Click here for bio.)
  • Cori Schreiber, TPS parent of 2nd & 7th graders/Associate Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology, UPenn
  • Wendy Furry, TPS 8th grade teacher

Please RSVP and sign up for child care if needed.

If you have any topics or questions you would like addressed, please click here. And if you have any questions about the program, email [email protected].

Grandparents and "Great Friends" Day

This year TPSA reinvented Grandparents and "Great Friends" Day – and it was a huge success. Recentlly geared only toward sharing the TPS experience with guests visiting children in grades K-2, today's event was for visitors in kindergarten, third grade, and sixth grade.

Thanks to TPSA for working so hard and thoughtfully on this truly meaningful event. Judging from just the photos alone, everyone had a wonderful day!
