TPS Alumni Award
In 2024, the TPS Alumni Award was created to honor alumni who are dedicated to living the TPS mission. Nominations can be from anyone, which are reviewed by HoS, Board Advancement Chair (or Board Chair), Director of Advancement, Alumni Relations, Board Alumni Rep and then confirmed. The award is announced in June/July and they are honored annually at the Founders and Alumni Award Dinner or at EATS.
When seeking nominations, TPS is looking for alumnae that exude one more of the following:
- Professional Achievement: Demonstrated significant achievement and success in their chosen field or profession. This could include notable contributions, innovations, leadership roles, or other outstanding accomplishments.
- Impact and Influence: The extent to which the individual's work has made a positive impact or brought about significant change, either within their profession or in society at large.
-
Leadership and Service: Evidence of leadership abilities and a commitment to serving others, whether through community involvement, volunteer work, mentorship, or other forms of service.
-
Contribution to TPS: Contribution and support given to TPS, such as involvement in alumni activities, philanthropic efforts, or advocacy on behalf of the institution.
-
Ethical Standards and Integrity: Demonstrated commitment to ethical principles and integrity in their professional and personal life.
-
Sustained Excellence: Consistent excellence over time rather than just a single notable achievement.
-
Dedication to Lifelong Learning: The individual's personal character, values, and commitment to lifelong learning and growth
